What a great place! It is my grandmas birthday today and I called a few florists and they could not get the delivery out today (I was a bit late). I called St. Agnes and spoke to this lovely woman named Shena who was amazing and who helped convince the owner to the last minute delivery. Kudos to the owner too. This is the type of thing that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside knowing businesses are still out there interested in helping people out. Thank you!!!

Recently my daughter had a Bridal Shower and she wanted to do a flower bar for her guests. The team at St. Agnes were so kind and helpful in guiding me through selecting the best flowers that would hold up in the heat as well as ensuring that I would have enough flowers for her guests to make nice bouquets to take home. Ashley put together 20 tiny vases of flower bouquets that were adorable and had to take a lot of time to put them together. I was very impressed and amazed at what she did for me. My daughter was so happy! We received so many compliments! Thank you everyone at St. Agnes Florist!

DO.NOT. ORDER. FROM. HERE Easily one of the worst customer experiences with this establishment. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place has proven that they’re incapable of improving based off prior failures. The first time I ordered from them for Valentine’s Day, I made two orders for the same address yet when they delivered the first bouquet, they stated they didn’t have anything else and it wasn’t until after Valentine’s Day that they realized the mistake. Now my wife, as a first time mom, didn’t get any flowers during Valentine’s Day. The cherry on top, I ordered the premium bouquet as shown in the pictures, mind you I paid a hefty premium, and they delivered something about 1/10 of what they shown and their response when I asked was “it can’t look the same. It’s going to look similar.” I get that but come on look at the difference in pictures. They didn’t even try. I wanted to give them the benefit of the don’t. You know it being Valentine’s Day, florists are busy and maybe they underestimated the amount of orders. I decided to give them a second chance for Mother’s Day. St.Agnes Flower Shop I would recommend as an out of state purchase I was unfamiliar with local stores. At first the delivery sent the wrong flowers to my friend, beautiful but not the size or style purchased. They quickly addressed the issue and re-delivered a beautiful arrangement for her birthday, incredibly satisfied with their kindness and artistic arranging style. Still not exactly what I anticipated from the photos on the website but that's to be expected with fresh arrangements.

Ordering was very easy.. confirmation was sent right away with total amt, and delivery would be made the same day, ordering before the deadline. My brother in law recd beautiful selection sent me picture with big smile on his face. I will definitely use St Agnes florist agsin. I have had equal experience from Floral Garden in Cicero, as I understand they cover for each other in response to choice of arrangement and location zone of delivery.
